Joe Vitale

Joe Vitale

Joe Vitale is a "certified" metaphysical practitioner, a "certified" Chi Kung healer, an ordained minister, a "certified" hypnotherapist and an author.

His books include The Attractor Factor, The Greatest Money-Making Secret in History!, Life's Missing Instruction Manual, the Nightingale-Conant audio program, The Power of Outrageous Marketing, a business book on circus showman P.T. Barnum, There's a Customer Born Every Minute. His most recent books are Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace and More, Hypnotic Writing, and Buying Trances: A New Psychology of Sales and Marketing.

Joe Vitale attended Niles McKinley High School. After graduation he attended Kent State University, majoring in public relations and journalism, but failed to graduate. He holds a "doctorate" in metaphysical science from the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, Arizona, an unaccredited institution of higher learning. He was awarded an honorary doctorate, based on his books, from Belford University, an online "college" that has been described as a diploma mill. The university states "Accreditation is optional for all colleges and universities."

He claims he was once homeless and broke.

Vitale has created a software program called "Hypnotic Writing Wizard". He was the keynote speaker at the 2007 National Speakers Association annual convention.

He is President of Hypnotic Marketing, Inc based outside Austin, Texas. He lives in Wimberley, Texas, with his pets and his girlfriend, Nerissa Oden. He was featured in the widely distributed film, "The Secret," and has appeared on CNN's "Larry King Live" program and "Extra TV." He was also featured in a Newsweek interview on The Secret, and The New York Post wrote an article for one of his P.T. Barnum-esque publicity stunts: "The Canine Concert."
